Terms and conditions

1.This free prize draw is open to all residents in the UK and Eire.
2.Employees of Vue Services Limited (“Vue”), Walt Disney and Nowy Czas and anyone professionally connected with this draw and their immediate families are excluded from entry.
3. There is no charge to enter. Entries are to be made by sending picture of drawing of UFO to marketing@nowyczas.co.uk. Entries submitted personally and entries made by third parties or agents will be invalid.
4. Entries must be made between 16 March 2009 and midnight (GMT) on 29 March 2009 (inclusive).
5. The winner will be selected at random and notified by writing on or before 30 March 2009.
6. Only one entry per person as defined by address.
7. Five random entries will be picked and will receive a free ticket to see Race to Witch Mountain movie at VUE Cinema Acton.
8. No other alternative shall be available (in whole or part) and the decision of the promoter shall be final and binding in all matters.
9. To obtain the name and county of residence of the prize winner, please send an SAE marketing@nowyczas.co.uk no later than 28 March 2009.
10. The winner and his/her guest may be required to participate in publicity and by entering the draw entrants agree to participate in such publicity free of charge and that Vue and Walt Disney and Nowy Czas may use any subsequent publicity materials free from restriction.
11. The promoter respects all entrants’ privacy and the use and protection of the personal information (including any personal information provided by entrants).
12. The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13. Any dispute arising in relation to this draw shall be subject to English law.
